Lower Body Lift
A lower body lift restores contour to the lower midsection of the body. Most body lift procedures combine abdominoplasty with a lift to the outer thighs and buttocks. The lower body lift removes skin and excess fat above and below the umbilicus along with the tightening of the abdominal muscles to reshape and contour the body. Where once there was sagging skin on your abdomen, lower back, waist, thighs and buttocks you will find more toned and defined contours. Ultimately the final result will provide a more natural looking, balanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance. All patient evaluations and procedures are based on each patients individual needs.

Upper Body Lift 
Skin that is loose and hanging in the upper body area is of great concern. Whether male or female an upper body lift is a procedure to remove excess skin and restore contour to the upper back around to the sides of the chest and underarm areas. The incision for this procedure is made in the natural crease at the base of the breasts and extends onto each side and may extend across the back. An upper body lift can involve a number of procedures. Your CosMed surgeon will evaluate and decide on the right procedures for your specific needs to restore a more slender and youthful appearance. Buttock Implants 
Sometimes diet and exercise do not warrant your desired results. Buttocks implants may provide a solution to those who desire enlarged or more defined behind. CosMed provides our patients with a wide variety of implants in various shapes and sizes; in soft silicone with a naturally firm look and feel. Buttocks Lift 
This surgical procedure improves the shape of your behind by getting rid of sagging skin and improving skin tone. With body lift patients this procedure is done at the same time. Once the sagging skin has been trimmed and tightened, the contour will be shapelier and smoother. 

Buttocks Augmentation 
Many weight loss patients have little or no volume in the buttocks. To enhance the contour and have greater fullness we do a procedure called fat grafting or fat transfer. Fat is removed by liposuction from elsewhere in your body, appropriately prepared and then injected into your buttocks, creating fuller and shapelier buttocks. Several techniques can be used to perform a breast lift. Breast Lift and Augmentation 
You may want to combine a lift with augmentation to give you the volume and fullness you would like to achieve. Breast augmentation is a procedure that increases the size of your breasts by placing implants into the breasts. At CosMed we offer you a choice of saline or silicone implants. This surgical procedure involves the removal of excess fat, glandular breast tissue and skin to reduce size to a more healthy and comfortable level. Arm Lift/Brachioplasty
The effects of weight loss, aging and gravity all take their toll on the skin leaving the inner arms with loose and sagging skin. An Arm lift/Brachioplasty is a surgical procedure that redefines the contour of your arms from the elbow to the underarm. The inner arm skin is similar to that of the inner thighs, thin, delicate and looser than other areas of your body. Inner Thigh Lift 
After extreme weight loss sagging skin from the inner thighs may prevent your clothes from fitting properly making you feel uncomfortable and also can cause unhealthy constant irritations and even infections. The thigh lift is a surgical procedure in which the sagging skin in the area is trimmed and tightened. Inner thigh surgery is particularly challenging for a number of reasons. The skin and underlying tissues are thinner, more delicate and looser than the tissue of most other areas of your body. This weaker tissue quality makes it more of a challenge to obtain good and long lasting results. Sometimes needing a touch up or revision, our doctors do not charge a patient for revisions. Your CosMed surgeon will discuss with you the exact type of inner thigh lift surgery that is right for you.
